The release of Tyga's upcoming album, titled "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty," is delayed once again.

Originally scheduled for release on December 23, 2014, the album was expected to drop on January 27. Recent news, however, reported that the album is on hold again due to issues with Tyga's Young Money/Cash Money label, HHNM reports.

Tyga tweeted: "The gold album won't be released the 27th still fightin with Label on my release. But will keep u guys updated."

According to HHNM, the DONDA-designed cover art of "The Gold Album" was reportedly made out of real gold. It contains songs such as "Make It Work" and the Kanye West-produced "40 Mill," The Boombox added. The LP will be Tyga's first independent release and is available for pre-order here.

Last December, it was reported that Tyga is attempting to get out of his contract with Cash Money Records and release the album independently. He previously aired out his disappointment with the label and its CEO, Birdman.

No definite date has been announced for when Tyga will release his album. For now, fans of the recording artist should wait for an official announcement.

Tyga Sued for Monetary Credit

As if the issue with Cash Money Records wasn't enough, Tyga was also reportedly facing a lawsuit which costs $4 million by C&J Management. According to MTV, the company, who introduced the rapper to Cash Money, wants recognition for "turning him from a relative nobody to a world known superstar." C&J Management claims that the "Rack City" rapper "fired them illegally in 2013 and hired new management."

For the time being, Tyga has teamed up with Chris Brown on their collaborative project titled "Fan of a Fan: The Album" via RCA Records. According to a separate report from Digital Spy, the collection will come out in stores on Feb. 23 with the single "Ayo." The LP can be pre-ordered starting on February 10 and will be available in standard and deluxe editions.
