Goldberg is also rumored to be making an appearance at Wrestlemania XXX and recently said at C4 Comic Con in Winnipeg, Canada that he was approached about making an appearance by WWE executive Triple H, according to The Wrestling Observer. Goldberg said he would love to return so his son can see him "on a big stage" but would only do it if the price is right, saying the "ball is in their court."

Ryback, who is a rumored possible opponent for the former WCW Heavyweight Champion, told Boston's CBS affiliate that he respects Goldberg and would like to go against him at Wrestlemania. "I have a great amount of respect for Bill Goldberg, but I'm not going to beat around the bush and say I wanna be best friends with the guy," said Ryback. "I'd like to face him in the ring. I've heard him say he's not happy with comments I've made about him, if he has a problem with it let's settle it at Wrestlemania."
