Telltale Game's The Walking Dead was a huge success for the developer, and in December the company plans to begin releasing episodes from The Walking Dead: Season Two. Telltale has released some new screenshots for the game, which reveal that the new season of episodes will feature the return of a familiar character, as well as a familiar location from the DLC episode that links the first and second seasons of the game together.

In the first episode of season two of The Walking Dead, subtitled All That Remains, users will play as returning character Clementine, but another returning character will also be in the episode. Omid will also have a role to play, and the character could appear in other episodes as well. Omid first appeared in the third episode of the first season of the game, and the character could take over as the guardian of Clementine in season two.

In addition to the return of Omid, the screenshots for the new content in the series reveal that Clementine and Omid will be going to Gil's Pitstop. For anyone did not play the standalone DLC episode The Walking Dead: 400 Days, Gil's Pitstop is the location where all the playable characters are eventually encountered, and the building could be the place that the characters from that DLC meet the characters from the main game. No other characters or locations have been confirmed for the game.

Telltale is planning to begin releasing episodes of the second season of the Walking Dead beginning in December and continuing into the New Year. The Walking Dead game by the developer is unique in that users can buy each episode separately if they choose to. This means that Telltale can stagger the release of content for the game and make it like a weekly TV show. Telltale had great success doing this for the first season of the game, but users can buy the game as a complete game if they choose.

In addition to the first season of the game, Telltale released the 400 Days DLC to help introduce the characters for the second season of the game to fans. The DLC allowed users to play through the characters in any order, and the developer encourages every player to pick up the DLC, as it affects the content of season two.
