Just days after filing for a divorce from her estranged husband Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian is rumored to be seeing baseball athlete Matt Kemp.

Rumors that the reality star was dating the Los Angeles Dodgers player emerged after he posted an Instagram photo of the Jenner Christmas tree from inside the family's mansion on Thursday, Dec. 12.  He captioned the photo, "Best time of the year!! It's gonna b a Cali Christmas this year."

The following day, the two were spotted heading to the gym, driving in separate cars, the New York Daily News reported.

Plus, Kardashian and the green-eyed player were also together in the VIP section at a series of concerts, including the Drake concert on Nov. 25, John Legend's concert on Dec. 1 and a Jay Z concert in L.A. on Dec. 9.

According to TMZ, Kardashian filed court documents Friday to end her four year marriage to the NBA star after enduring months of marital woes and rumors that Odom was abusing drugs and was unfaithful. In the legal documents, filed by Laura Wasser, Khloe cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason she wants a divorce.

However, because the estranged couple signed an ironclad prenup, their property has been kept separate.

There have been reports that the former LA Lakers player has refused to seek drug counselling although he has reportedly been addicted to drugs, including crack cocaine on and off for the last two years, reports the New York Daily News.

Kardashian is asking the judge to legally remove Odom from her name, and she is not asking for any spousal support.

The 29-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality personality "stopped wearing her wedding ring," TMZ reported, after a video of the 34-year-old basketball player surfaced in November showing him involved in a bizarre freestyle rap and apparently bragging about cheating on his wife.
