Rapper Wiz Khalifa was arrested in Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday for refusing to get off from his hover board. Customs and Border Patrol officers claimed that Khalifa did not follow the request to alight his hover board.

According to USA Today, Khalifa shared on his Twitter account  what took place at the airport. The issue about his arrest sparked after he tweeted "Haven't been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun." He also shared a small video clip on his twitter account showing that the CBP tried cuffing him while yelling at him "Stop resisting." Khalifa replied that he was not resisting.

Moreover, another video clip was uploaded and shared wherein Khalifa can be seen telling CBP that they "can't do nothing" on him riding his hover board. The machine that Khalifa was riding inside the airport was not actually a hover board because it has two wheels on the side.

LA Times described, a hover board is a device that looks like a skateboard which can fly. But this gadget will only work on a conductive surface. Hendo is one of the company which creates hover boards. The company started at Kickstarter on October 2014 and is still being financed by fund raising. The company claimed that they were the ones who introduced the first real hover board.

In addition, another photo was uploaded that showed Khalifa facing down while three officers were behind his back trying to handcuff him.

According to LA Times report, the spokesman of Customs and Border Patrol, Jaime Ruiz, refused to give details about the airport scene involving Khalifa, whose real name is, Cameron Jibril Thomaz. He apologized that the rapper was restrained riding the hover board inside the airport. He added, that commotions could be dangerous inside the airport.

In a statement of the CBP in LA Times, "An unruly, disruptive passenger could create a chaotic situation, which could result in a vulnerability to our national security," he said in an email. "Imagine there is a terrorist, or a fugitive waiting in line, waiting for a distraction like this - it is really serious."

Meanwhile, Khalifa tweeted, "All because I didn't want to ditch the technology everyone will be using in the next 6 months," he was pertaining to the device that he used inside the airport. "Do what you want kids."

According to Hollywood Life, Khalifa's involvement with airport authorities isn't the first time. He was caught with marijuana at Texas airport, May 2014.
