Selena Gomez has apparently remained loyal to her gal pal Taylor Swift's squad. The former Disney star refused to divulge details on the famed Katy Perry and Taylor Swift war.

Many speculated that the song "Bad Blood" was a diss at Taylor's rival, Katy Perry. In a report by Entertainment Weekly, Gomez was asked a variety of embarassing and tell-all questions in a segment of "Plead the Fifth," on Sunday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live."

The singer was asked various questions, including what she thought about fellow former Disney star Miley Cyrus' antics on stage. When the question of the alleged feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry came about, Gomez dodged the bullet and "pleaded the fifth".

Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" video featured a slew of celebrities, mostly from her girl squad. According to an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Swift said the video was about a female singer who stole a bunch of dancers. The popular rumor was that the song was about Katy Perry, a rumor believed by many including the "Roar" singer herself.

However, Swift was quick to detract these rumors in an interview with GQ Magazine. She insisted that contrary to popular belief, she never named names in her songs.

"You're in a Rolling Stone interview, and the writer says, 'Who is that song about? That sounds like a really intense moment from your life.' And you sit there, and you know you're on good terms with your ex-boyfriend, and you don't want him - or his family - to think you're firing shots at him. So you say, 'That was about losing a friend,'" Swift said in an interview.

"And that's basically all you say. But then people cryptically tweet about what you meant. I never said anything that would point a finger in the specific direction of one specific person, and I can sleep at night knowing that. I knew the song would be assigned to a person, and the easiest mark was someone who I didn't want to be labeled with this song. It was not a song about heartbreak. It was about the loss of friendship," the "1989" singer went on.

In a report with USA Today, Gomez also said that Chris Evans was her celebrity crush. The star also said that she was taking a break from the dating scene since her breakup with longtime boyfriend Justin Bieber.
