CM Punk Gone
CM Punk was not on this week's "Monday Night Raw" telecast or "Friday Night Smackdown" taping, having left the company burnt out on the schedule and unhappy about his current role with the company. The WWE has pulled all CM Punk-related advertising, as well as his "Best in the World" documentary off of Netflix, in what appears to be the end of Punk's run with the company, with six months left in his contract. He was also critical of Batista's return - having made similar comments about other stars coming back on a part-time basis such as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Brock Lesnar, who have taken main event slots from others who are working on a full-time basis.

"I show up. Someone tells me what to do and I just go out do it and leave," said Punk to the Portland crowd.

Punk had also talked with The MMA Hours' Ariel Helwani, discussing a wide-range of subjects including his career, the UFC, Brock Lesnar, and Ronda Rousey, that he was tired of the long travel schedule and workload (Punk went 50-minutes at the Royal Rumble), and only taking time off for injuries, even noting the he was not sure he would re-sign with the company, with six months left in his deal, saying, "I don't know. It's all up in the air," when asked about his contract situation.
