While Kim Kardashian is known for her smoking hot looks, the reality star underwent a make-under for the new Oxygen series "Celebrities Undercover."

The 33-year-old mom and bride-to-be was completely unrecognizable during Tuesday's debut of the show, which is executively produced by talk show host Wendy Williams, reports the New York Daily News.

In the episode, Kardashian was transformed into "Cynthia," an average-looking woman with big curly hair and glasses. Kardashian also added facial prosthetics, fake teeth and a phony accent to disguise herself in hopes of tricking three fans for the purpose of the show.

During the show, Kardashian interviewed the women for a job as Kardashian's assistant, however, their loyalty is quickly put to the test when they discover a fictitious story about Kardashian hooking up with rapper Eminem.

Later on, the women go to the Kardashian's where she reveals her true identity. "I have something to tell you," she said as she starts to unmask. "You've been with Kim all day. You have been with me all day."

In fact, even her sister Kourtney who happened to be sitting in the room with all of them, was shocked that "Cynthia" was actually her sibling.

Kardashian ended the episode by giving each of her loyal fans a hug.

Other celebrities who will appear on the show include Fantasia, Joey Fatone, Lil' Kim, Ice-T and Coco, according to E! News.
