A Detroit suburb market may have been chosen as one of the filming locations of the upcoming Zack Snyder film "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice", reports say.

Movie crews were spotted at Lakepoint Market located at the Orchard Lake and Pridham Street according to C&G News. But Linda Voll, the Keego Harbor City manager said she is unsure whether the market will truly be featured in the "Batman vs Superman" film. 

Meanwhile, Lee Anne Muldoon, Crown City Pictures' publicist is keeping mum  about the exact details of the film location. "Unfortunately, we just don't want the crowds out," Muldoon told C&G News. 

The "Batman vs Superman" movie is anticipated to be shot in Metro Detroit during the entire summer of this year. It takes the bulk budget of $35 million out of the reported $43.2 million the Michigan film office has prepared for other nine projects meant for this year, states WXYZ Detroit.

Other film projects in recent years that received budget from the state included "Transformers: Age of Extinction" in 2014, "Oz: The Great and Powerful" in 2013, "The Five Year Engagement" in 2012, and even "Hung" Season 3 in 2011.

"Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" stars Hollywood A-listers Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Henry Cavill will reprise the role of Superman.
