Reports are claiming that the singer is already dating professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy of "Dancing With the Stars."

According to New York Daily News' source, Jennifer Lopez is allegedly getting cozy with the pro dancer less than a week after her reported split with Casper Smart. The outlet quotes the source as saying, "It's really new."

The two are reportedly hitting it off after the singer fell for Maksim. Specifically, there were allegedly sparks flying "when he lifted her as high as he could, and spun her in circles during a performance honoring Cuban salsa artist Celia Cruz at the American Music Awards in November," at least on J. Lo's part, claims the outlet.

New York Daily News also cites an incident in March when an alleged "spy" saw the pair together at Los Angeles' Redbury Hotel. "At one point, he put his arm around her waist and they seemed to be locked in a very passionate conversation," the outlet quotes Life & Style.

People Magazine reports that a source dished out on how the "I Luh Ya Papi" singer is already looking to date. Jennifer Lopez is allegedly "already talking about dating" and is now looking for "a relationship with a guy who is older and has an established career," the magazine quotes an unnamed source.

Should the dating rumor be true, Maksim Chmerkovskiy will be joining Casper Smart and other men before him as Jennifer Lopez' siginificant other. The singer's list of ex-lovers is already star-studded with big names such as Marc Anthony and Ben Affleck on top of her relationship with Cris Judd and two other men.

Her recent split with now ex-beau Casper Smart is said to have been due to third party, reports New York Daily News. The 27-year-old was earlier reported to have been allegedly involved in a "sexting relationship" with two transgender women - a rumor which he has already denied.

Contrary to the reported break-up turmoil between Casper and Jennifer, Us Weekly's source claims that the split was "an amicable process." After all, the pair spent two and a half years together.

"It wasn't an easy decision, but they decided to stay friends...Their relationship couldn't work with the distance. He started trying to establish his own life and career, and she is so focused on hers, and they just couldn't be all about each other anymore," a source told Us Weekly.

Additionally, the two are reportedly "in a good place now," with Jennifer "focused on promoting [her] album," says Us Weekly's source.
