MacBook Pro 2013 with Haswell release date nears as tech giant Apple begins training staff for the alleged October launch.

According to a report by 9to5Mac, Apple is already conducting the training to its AppleCare support staff for the upcoming OS X Mavericks release date. The support staff will be trained to learn the new Mac's operating system including its new features, installation process, and troubleshooting options for at least six hours over the course of the next few weeks.

New features for the latest OS X include a new Maps app, a tabbed finder, iBooks, new look to the calendar, improved Safari, iCloud Keychain, multiple displays and more.

After its announcement last June, the new OS X Mavericks is reported to be officially launched in October alongside the announcement of the new MacBook Pro models.

Rumors suggest that Apple is set to hold an event for and Apple's tablets, iPad 5 and Mini 2, which would be the main stars of the event. However, the event will also introduce the MacBook Pro 2013 and OS X Mavericks.

Last year, the Mountain Lion OS X released on July 25, 2012 for $19.99. It is highly likely that Apple will charge a fee for the new OS.

The new OS X Mavericks will power Apple's MacBook Pro 2013 that is rumored to pack the new Intel Haswell processor, faster wifi and storage options as well as long battery life. Other rumored features of the laptop are the Thunderbolt 2 GPU and 4K screen resolution.

The Cupertino-based tech giant has neither confirmed nor denied these rumors as of yet.
