Reality show "Sons of Guns" under Discovery Channel has been canceled following the arrest of series star Will Hayden on aggravated rape charges.

"Given the serious and horrific nature of the charges against Will Hayden, we have decided to halt further production of Sons of Guns and cancel the series," explained a rep for the channel via TMZ.

It was reported previously by the same site that Hayden, owner of Red Jacket Firearms, was arrested two weeks earlier for allegedly molesting his own 12-year-old daughter. According to CNN, he was released after posting bail in the amount of $150,000 but has been re-arrested.

TMZ added that based on the arrest documents the entertainment site obtained, "Hayden's daughter is now backing up the allegations. She told investigators Hayden took her virginity in March, 2013 when she was 11-years-old. She said she was orally and vaginally raped almost daily, but did not report it because he threatened her physically."

Hayden allegedly instilled fear and silence on his daughter saying: "Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got."

Hayden has previously denied all allegations and explained that these claims were fabricated by a bitter ex-girlfriend who made up everything about child molestation, recalled E! Online.

Stephanie, the accused's eldest daughter, has taken up arms and sided with her dad. "There was never any impropriety in our home. He was and is a good father," she told TMZ.

Aside from losing his five-season long series, it's also being shared online that Red Jacket firearms has disassociated itself from Hayden. The series centered on the business and dealings of the Louisiana based firearms store founded by Hayden.

"Red Jacket Firearms LLC, the company that the Discovery channel show was about, is speaking out and says that they have initiated and received full legal separation as an entity," noted Fox News

"With heavy hearts, we will be continuing to operate and ensure the fulfillment of new customer orders, back orders and to provide support to those affected by these new developments," said the company in a statement.

Presently, the reality star is in jail on a $250,000 bond. Hayden was apprehended in Livingston after a warrant for arrest was issued. Fox News indicates that during the time of arrest, he was labeled a fugitive from East Baton Rouge.
