It's that time of year again when shoppers are bombarded with Black Friday ads and door busters.

Because there are so many Black Friday deals to process, here's a roundup of a few of the best Black Friday deals for a coveted flat screen TV.

The Insignia NS-39D40SNA14 39" 60Hz 1080p LED HDTV is quite a bargain priced at only $170 at Best Buy, notes CS Monitor. We suggest that you look out for this Thanksgiving Day deal which will start at 6 p.m. both online and in stores. For just $8 more, Walmart is selling a 40'' Element ELCHW402 1080p LCD HDTV for $178.

And for almost double that price, you can also pick up the Samsung UN40EH5300 40" 60Hz 1080p Smart LED HDTV at Walmart for $397.

If you're not looking to spend over $250 for a TV, then head to Target which will be selling the Element 50" 1080p LED HDTV for $229.

Or if you're looking for a 55" HDTV, then allow us to suggest the Seiki SE55UY04 55" 120Hz 4K Ultra LED for $850 at Sears

If you're looking for a bigger screen, then you may be interested in the Vizio E-Series 60" 120Hz 1080p Razor LED Smart HDTV that will be sold at Walmart for $688.

But if you're not a fan of Vizio, then check out the Sharp Aquos LC-SDLE442U 50" 60Hz 1080p LED HDTV for $498 at Dell Home

This year, Walmart will give its customers one less reason to venture out to other retailers by offering to match or beat the best Black Friday deals on dozens of advertised specials being offered by their competitors.  That means that starting at 8:00 a.m on Nov. 22, Walmart will match or beat the advertised prices on about 100 promoted items offered at majoy retail chains like Best Buy, Target and Toys R Us, reports Yahoo! Finance News.

So far, Walmart has revealed only 11 items, which includes a 50-inch LCD TV from LG Electronics and the LeapFrog LeadPad 2 Explorer tablet for $40, down from about $80. Also included is Call of Duty: Ghosts-for the new Xbox One and PlayStation 4 video-game systems.

Walmart is expanding its "one-hour guarantee" program to cover 21 products (including 13 electronic items), an increase from just three in 2012.  As a result, anyone who is in one of the designated lines at a store between 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving evening is guaranteed to get one of the specials.
