Is the fashion world accepting Kim Kardashian's younger sister Kendall Jenner? The answer is a resounding yes now that Vogue has declared it so.

Hot off her high fashion catwalk traipse at Marc Jacobs, where she wore a completely sheer top that caused controversy for her exposed breasts, she has now added another notch to her belt by adding Vogue model to her résumé.

The magazine shared the Jeff Henrikson-lensed photos on Friday. Jenner, 18, wore head-to-toe, fresh off the runway outfits by Prabal Gurung, Tory Burch and Carolina Herrera, among others. A total of 11 looks were shared.

The images were accompanied by a peek into the reality star's life. She shares how she first heard of Instagram (Rob told her to download it), and she's amazed that a spiky black wig makes her closely resemble her mother.

Mark Guiducci writes in the Vogue article, "...the 18-year-old sister of Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney is on the verge of It girl-dom in a way that her more famous sisters blew right past in their prolifically documented and methodically unorthodox quest for world domination...She is having a moment that might spell the kind of modeling career that none of her sister ever had the opportunity, or perhaps the interest, to pursue."

Kim Kardashian has yet to be given this opportunity, although rumor says her Vogue cover is coming. Her ascent to respected fashionista has been a slow transition, which includes a complete makeover.

Guiducci later goes on to wonder if her newfound popularity is merely a publicity stunt, something echoed by critics of the teen model.

Katie Grand, editor of Love Magazine and the person responsible for Jenner's turn on the Marc Jacobs catwalk, praised the model in an exclusive interview with Fashionista. "The second time [we met], we got chatting and I was surprised how intent she was about modeling - just like all the other girls," Grand said.

Kendall Jenner told Grand that she would be OK wearing the see-through top and with her eyebrows being bleached. 'You can do anything," Grand recalled Jenner saying.
